Cancellation Policy
I charge 50% of the scheduled service price if the cancellation is less than 24 hours before your appointment, and I charge full price if you no-show. I do understand that life happens and sometimes you're not able to give 24-hour notice (such as waking up sick the morning of your appointment), so I do make very limited exceptions to this policy.
